Concentration curls with the SZ bar

If you do not intend to perform concentration curls with dumbbells, there is the option to use the EZ bar. Here, you will receive additional advice on the correct body posture and the optimal execution of the movements.


Body position

When executing concentration curls with the EZ bar, position yourself on a weight bench or a chair. Your legs are spread, your back remains upright, and you slightly lean your upper body forward. Both elbows rest on your thighs as you hold the EZ bar in an underhand grip just below your knees. Tighten your muscles, and now you are ready for concentration curls with the EZ bar.

Movement execution

Start by bending both forearms upward to raise the EZ bar as high as possible. Exhale as you lift. Then lower your arms again. Only the forearms move as you inhale, preparing yourself for the next repetition.
