Pricing, Shipping Costs, and Delivery Information

The prices listed on the product information pages include the statutory value-added tax and other components.

 

Our deliveries are exclusively made within the boundaries of the European Union.

 

In addition to the stated prices, we charge a flat shipping fee of 6.90 euros per order for deliveries within Germany and Austria. The exact shipping costs will be clearly indicated in both the shopping cart and on the order page.

 

For digital content (E-books, software, etc.), no shipping costs apply. Digital products are typically provided within 24 hours after receipt of payment.

 

The flat shipping fee amounts to 6.90 euros and includes the statutory value-added tax. Since the value-added tax on the shipping fee may vary depending on the purchased goods, there is a possibility of reduction, especially when purchasing books at a lower VAT rate. This means that the final calculation of the shipping fee occurs during the order process. However, it can only be reduced in your favor and not to your detriment.
