Instruction on the Right of Withdrawal for Consumers in connection with the provision of digital content not supplied on a physical medium (e.g., e-book, software download)

Withdrawal Information

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly do not fall within the scope of their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ermin van Elst, Email: info@vanelst.ch) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Return

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will promptly and no later than within fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract, reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of digital content. The right of withdrawal also expires prematurely if we have commenced the performance of the contract after you have given your explicit consent and simultaneously confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal at the beginning of the contract fulfillment by us. Please note that we may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on the mentioned consent and confirmation.
