Lung calf stretch (stretching)

For calf stretching in the lunge position, position yourself in a lunge. The front leg should be only slightly bent, while the back leg is fully extended. The upper body remains upright, and the arms are positioned on both sides of the body. To stretch the calf on the backside, shift your weight onto the front supporting leg, ensuring that the back heel touches the ground.
