Stretching the calf muscle while sitting with the band (stretching)

To perform calf muscle stretching while sitting with a band, start by sitting in an upright position on the floor. Place the band around one of your feet, and hold the ends with both hands. Keep your upper body erect and your gaze straight ahead. Gently pull the toes of your foot towards your body to stretch the calf. Then, release the tension and move the leg into a slightly bent position, while the non-stretched leg remains comfortably relaxed in a resting position.
