Stretching the calf muscle while lying down with the band (stretching)

To stretch the calf muscle while lying down with a band, start by lying on your back. Ensure that your legs are about hip-width apart. Take the resistance band and wrap it around the foot of the calf you want to stretch. Keep your upper body upright, and direct your gaze upward. Your arms should be nearly fully extended, holding the band.

Begin by gently flexing your toes and pulling them toward your body. Then relax your leg and slightly bend it. Subsequently, push the band away with your foot and bring your leg into an extended position, achieving a more intense calf stretch.
