Reverse toe press (stretching)

The reverse toe stretching is a calf stretching exercise that is rarely practiced. The focus here is on stretching the front or side of the lower leg. To do this, position yourself upright, with the foot of the front supporting leg firmly on the ground. The back foot touches the ground only with the toes. To intensify the stretch, you can now move the top of the foot more towards the ground.
