Calf stretching on the calf block (stretching)

With a calf block or an aerobic stepper, you can not only perform leg workouts perfectly but also utilize them in various ways for calf stretching.

When stretching your calves with the calf block, position yourself about a step away from the block. Both of your feet are facing forward, with the back foot firmly on the ground. Keep your upper body upright, and direct your gaze forward. Now, place your front foot with the ball of the foot on the calf block. To achieve a comfortable stretch in the back lower leg, gently press the heel downward.

In this variation of calf raises on the calf block, stand on the block with your supporting leg. The entire body remains upright, while the back foot only touches the block with the ball of the foot. Press the heel down slightly to intensify the stretch. Afterward, you can switch sides.
